Please allow up to 48 hours after completing your payment for us to process your order.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? No problem — please email us at support@lumorasky.com as soon as possible using the same email address you used at checkout.
Please note: We process most orders quickly, and in some cases orders may be shipped the same day. Because of this fast turnaround, there is only a small window to cancel your order before it is dispatched.
If your order has not shipped yet, we will issue a full refund right away.
If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. However, you may still contact us and we will do our best to help you find a suitable solution.
